Sometimes it's nice to get feedback from your users, and what better way then
a simple poll on your web site. This sample does just that... displays a poll
and then saves the results to a database. It's relatively simple so take a look
at the code and see for yourself.
The sample is running off of our SQL Server, but I've included a version
of the database in Microsoft Access format in the zip file below for reference.
